The Gaudium School, Kollur Hyderabad launched “The Gaudium Junior Badminton Championship in association with Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy, Affiliated to Badminton Association of Telangana on November 10, 2021 in its Campus at Kollur.
The event was inaugurated by Mr Venkat Jasti, Co-Founder and Director of Suven Life Sciences Limited and was graced by Padma Bhushan Sri Pullela Gopichand, Mr Nityananda Reddy Garu, Chairman The Gaudium Group and Co-founder of Aurobindo Pharma Limited, Ms Kirthi Reddy, Founder & Director, The Gaudium Group and Mr Ramakrishna Lingireddy CEO, The Gaudium Group.
This Championship which started on 10 Nov 2021, attracted 670+ entries from across 6 states for all the categories like BOYS Singles, GIRLS Singles, BOYS Doubles, GIRLS Doubles and Mixed Doubles categories. A total of 659 Matches were held between 10 Nov 2021 to 14 Nov 2021 in the above categories. Mrs Upasana Kamineni Konidela Founder UR Life, Managing Director – Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Ltd. Vice Chairperson CSR- Apollo Hospitals Group, was the Chief guest for the Award ceremony along with Ms Kirthi Reddy, Founder & Director The Gaudium Group, Mr Ramakrishna Lingireddy, CEO The Gaudium Group.
