Teachers at The Gaudium act as mentors and facilitators to provide social emotional support to the students, improve self-esteem, instill social responsibility and help them hone their skills. Both physical and emotional safety of every child is a prime responsibility of The Gaudium teacher. The mentor and mentee bond goes beyond academics and supports overall development giving them space, time and resources to take ownership of their learning.

They aim to promote healthy and positive relationships which inturn fosters academic motivation and achievement, adds on to their holistic development and strengthens peer, school and family bonds. The teachers acknowledge and cater to multiple intelligences, viz, Logical-mathematical, Linguistic, Spatial, Musical, Bodily-kinesthetic, Intrapersonal, Interpersonal and Naturalistic through our innovative pedagogy and classroom experiences.

All teachers have necessary educational as well as professional qualification and relevant experience. We emphasise on continuous professional development of our teachers, to keep them abreast with the latest tools and techniques. The school invests in and provides opportunities for programme specific workshops which are further enhanced by 270 hours of in-house professional development sessions.
