The Gaudium has always believed in employee wellbeing as a part of its philosophy.
We were among the first to take covid insurance coverage for our employees at the start of the pandemic.
Counselling sessions were arranged with a Psychologist & counsellor to help employees overcome any distress on the personal front & those affected with Covid were given leave with full pay.
As a part of our continuous efforts on employee welfare, The Gaudium school has conducted a free vaccination drive at our Kollur campus.
The first shot of Covishield was administered to 267 individuals comprising of our employees, support staff & staff from the allied groups.
Special attention was given to ensuring that the support staff are vaccinated after necessary counselling.
The facility was also extended to the family members of employees of Gaudium.
