Parent-teacher meetings are an efficient way for parents and teachers to interact and discuss their child’s progress. On the other hand, it also helps the parent to communicate and coordinate with the teacher about the participation of the child in the class and in different activities. Such meetings help them to grow as a team and ensure their success.

At the Gaudium, the first parent-teacher meeting was conducted recently, where the parents expressed their satisfaction with how the online classes are being conducted. They appreciated the collective efforts of the teachers and the school to ensure uninterrupted learning for their kids. As educators, we believe that the areas of improvement for the child and their ownership in making those changes are of utmost importance.

The communication helped the teachers know about the child’s learning style and their special interests from a parent’s point of view. This helped us in making the connection and the bond stronger.  Needless to say, we are looking forward to many more occasions of such interactive meetings with the parents in the near future.
