Practicing mindfulness every day has long-term benefits across all age groups. Being mindful of your inner and outer environment has potential advantages. It helps you to be self-aware and be aware of your surroundings, manage your emotions efficiently and be more focused apart from several other health benefits. At The Gaudium, we firmly believe in perceiving mindfulness as a way of life. Our students engage in practicing a range of mindfulness exercises in Early Years as well as in primary on a daily basis. Our Mindfulness curriculum is flexible for all our students in both the online and physical setting. The curriculum covers five major domains, Mindful Breathing, Mindful Movement, Mindful Thinking, Self-Awareness and Mindfulness through Sensory organs.
