It is said that a healthy mind needs a healthy body and vice versa and mental health is very important in today’s world where stress and fatigue haunt almost everyone. The sadness and frustration which come as a result of stress can affect us physically by causing different ailments. Thus, it is necessary to destress and keep the mind healthy and happy. Keeping this in mind, we took a step to brush away such negativities from our minds and bodies by actively involving in a Zumba workout. This dance based workout was led by our dance facilitator and all the students from grade 1-9 were involved on 7 April –World Health Day. It was thoroughly enjoyed by the geckos and the facilitators as they refreshed their minds and bodies.
