‘Class Panchayat’ by the grade 4 was conducted to encourage the social and communication skills of the students. Children depicted a visual act of a Panchayat wherein, they portrayed roles of villagers and Sarpanch. They enacted meticulously to exhibit the role of a Panchayat and its impact on the people. Five students were chosen to be the members of Panchayat. The remaining students enacted like the villagers and brought up the different issues they faced in school. The five leaders discussed these issues and came up with a solution. Activities as such are a part of learning which are fun and equally informative and make the students knowledgeable.
