The PYP Exhibition is a culminating and collaborative activity where students research issues or challenges that are important to them in real life.

A guest session with our esteemed CEO, Mr Ramakrishna Reddy, was scheduled as a part of the exhibition journey to help the students of Grades 5E and 5H understand the financial aspects of an organisation. Responding to the students’ inquiries on economic instability, the concept of the budget was clarified using concrete examples.

The students clarified their concerns by asking relevant questions. Relevant material was delivered in the session. Mr Ramakrishna Reddy discussed how the organisation was affected by the pandemic as well as economic instability and the morals that were made to meet those difficulties. In addition, he discussed how an organization’s roles and responsibilities work and how its members are crucial for its success. Additionally, he elaborated on recent experiences with the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on business to help people comprehend supply and demand terminology. The Gaudium’s hierarchy was explained to the students. He discussed his own observations of how decisions were made in other organisations to address financial difficulties. The students displayed excellent interests and the characteristic of the learner profile of “inquirers”. They presented a “Thank you” card to Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy at the end of the session to express their appreciation and gratitude.
