Field trips provide children with additional learning opportunities and experiences outside the classroom environment. It further helps them have quality interactions that support their inquiry and real-life learning.

In connection with our ongoing Unit of Inquiry under the theme ‘How we organize ourselves’, our geckos visited Alekhya Homes, a nearby gated community. They inquired about the people who live in this community and their roles and responsibilities. They also observed the apartments, club house, play area and other facilities available to the members of this community.

This field trip provided our geckos, an opportunity to enhance their communication skills as they exchanged information and interacted confidently with the representatives of Alekhya Homes management. The team extended a very warm welcome to our geckos and supported them in their inquiry about communities.
