As the “POI” reflection the geckos have performed in assembly on topic  “PLANT ARE FOOD PROVIDERS”. Plants are nourishing life on earth in many ways by providing fruits, vegetables, foliage, flowers, spices, medicines, roots, bark, wood, sprouts etc. They are precious gift to our life from nature as they act as natural dustbins to the harmful gases in the environment. Plants keep us healthy by lowering the dust levels and pollution levels. They also prevent us from the respiratory disorders and breathing problems by refreshing air. Plants also helps in reducing noise pollution and are most effective as sound barriers because they act most effectively like stone walls in stopping sound. Plants mainly prevent soil from erosion, helpful in rainwater conservation and prevent sediment deposited during storms. Saving plants and trees have been must in such modern world where urbanization, Industrialization and global warming is growing very fast.
