29th July 2016 was celebrated as Red day of the July. RED is a strong-willed color and can give confidence to those who are shy or lacking in will power. This color is a warm and positive color associated with our most physical needs and our will to survive.   PP geckos celebrated Red day by dressing up in Red. School campus was decorated with different Red colour objects. The day started with a theatre performance by facilitators on ” The little Red riding hood”. Facilitators enacted the story and geckos were amazed to see their teachers performing in such a beautiful way using props. The moral they learnt from the story is “we should never speak to strangers” and ” we should obey to what our parents and family tell us”. Geckos enjoyed the theatre and thanked all their teachers for the same. All PP geckos did various art and craft activities based on red colour and they enthusiactically participated in ” treasure hunt” conducted for their class. All the activities were  to promote importance of the color and to enhance their learning about colors.  Parents who came to drop and pick their child in school also dressed in Red.  All PP geckos enjoyed the day and exhibited the importance of Red colour.
